PHASE I
STEP 1. ONBOARDING:
Onboarding is the first step in our trade process—where we formally receive your project information, align on scope, and set the foundation for a smooth, efficient design experience.

-
Initial trade inquiry received (email or form submission)
-
Project details collected, including scope, timeline, site location, cabinetry intent, etc.
-
Drawings and dimensions submitted (architectural plans, rough sketches, or site measurements)
-
Site dimensions can be taken for projects in DMV ($150/site non-refundable).
-
-
File review + completeness check to ensure we have what we need to begin drafting accurately
-
Project assigned to a dedicated Cabinetry Sales Expert (CSE)

STEP 2. PRELIMINARY DESIGNS:
The Preliminary Design phase is where your project starts to come together. We use your drawings and details to create a functional cabinetry layout that sets the direction for everything that follows.

-
Review of drawings, dimensions, and scope to confirm accuracy and feasibility
-
Initial cabinetry layout developed, focusing on function, flow, and spatial efficiency
-
Preliminary drawings & pricing sheets prepared within 2-4 business days
-
Design issued for trade review to confirm alignment before revisions begin

STEP 3. DESIGN REFINEMENT:
Design Refinement is where we dial everything in. We make thoughtful adjustments to the preliminary drawings to ensure the cabinetry works both visually and functionally within the space.

-
Trade partner reviews preliminary drawings and provided kitchen checklist to compile revision feedback
-
Up to five (5) design revisions included ($0)--revisions may include layout adjustments, cabinet sizing, storage solutions, cabinet and detail finishes, and functional modifications
-
Each revision cycle is typically returned within 1–3 business days, maintaining project momentum
-
Design evolves toward final approval
-
Projects requiring additional revisions:
-
For another 6-10 design revisions ($750 - goes toward project)
-
For >10 design revisions (deposit up to $5000 that goes toward project)
-

STEP 4. FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL:
Final Design Approval is where the project is formally locked in. All cabinetry layouts and specifications are reviewed, confirmed, and prepared for production.

-
Design finalized and approved for order release

STEP 5. FIELD VERIFICATION (as needed):

Final on-site measurement performed by the assigned CSE
-
Verification of dimensions, clearances, and site conditions
-
Confirmation that approved final designs match field conditions prior to order
