Here are the questions we will most often hear...

Which areas do you service?

We typically service the Northern Virginia, District of Columbia, Southern Maryland, as well the north eastern parts of West Virginia. We do, however, work with out-of-state industry partners and can ship nationwide. For out-of-state projects we are unable to offer in-home measurements, or assistance with installations.
 

Can anyone purchase your products?

Yes! Most of our projects are managed through trade partners, like builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, etc., but we can work directly with homeowners. Because we do not have a retail storefront, we operate differently than other kitchen cabinetry companies, but we do have a display and product selections to touch and see
 

Do industry partners have to open a trade account?

Not at this time. We may, however, require additional information to confirm participation in the design industry.
 

How does this work?

To keep it short and simple--we are a modified kitchen+bath showroom who offer wholesale pricing to tradesmen and discounted pricing to homeowners. For the trade, we ask that you provide dimensions/plans and tell us what you want. We will create the project in 2020 (our 3D program) and offer a price. If agreed upon, we will procure and deliver the products to the job site. It's that easy! For homeowners, we start with a guided questionnaire to determine how to best manage your project. 
 

How does the design process work?

Very simply! For tradespeople, if a design solution is already prepared, we can offer a quick quote on price and availability. Additionally, we have in-house Design Consultants who will be able to assist with selections, finishes, revisions, etc.
 

For homeowners, we start with a questionnaire to get a better understanding of how much involvement will be required. For clarity, we are able to provide design solutions and sell cabinetry only, offer contractor referrals, or project manage the entire renovation.

Who provides the dimensions?

One of two ways: We can work with any dimensions provided, if preferred. Or for a small fee ($150), we will come to the job site, measure, and design accordingly, being responsible for all dimensions. Measurement fees will be absorbed into the cost of the cabinetry.
 

Will you assist with other selections for the kitchen, like countertops, backsplash, etc?

We are able to make general selections for cabinetry, finishes, etc. For more extensive conversations pertaining to the surrounding areas and remodels, we recommend working with an interior designer. Currently, we have an interior design team who we partner with - DuVäl Design, LLC. While we are able to provide referrals, all selections can be made through them at their modified design rate of $225/hr. These fees will be managed through them directly and do not include costs of materials.


Do you provide delivery?

Currently, we only provide delivery. We do not have a warehouse to store products.

For one of our lines, we can drop-ship to the final location. For the other lines, we work with trusted cabinetry receivers, to deliver to the job site.


Where can we see your products?

We a showroom in Fairfax City, VA but opened by appointment only. For homeowners, we require the questionnaire to be completed, prior to scheduling. 
 

In this showroom, we have two displays that offers a variety of design options/accessories, to help make sense of our options. Additionally, we have product samples, finishes, etc, to assist in selections. Although not much, we find this to be more than adequate to assist all client needs.
