How This Works
1. Complete Project Design
With Full-Service Design, we partner you with our interior design team, DuVäl Design, who creates a detailed design for your entire kitchen renovation. This includes layouts, cabinetry, finishes, fixtures, and all selections necessary to bring your vision to life. Multiple tiers of service are available, so you can choose the level of support that fits your needs best.
2. Dedicated Contract & Documentation
This service requires a separate contract. As part of the process, you’ll also receive a branded specification sheet that outlines every selection and design detail. This document becomes a professional guide we will hand directly to the contractor for clarity and precision.
3. Project Management (Optional)
While we do not typically oversee construction, we do offer discounted project management support at $125/hour. These fees may cover:

4. Discounts & Savings
Clients who move forward with Full-Service Design receive our largest available discount (up to 35%), maximizing your value while ensuring your project benefits from professional-level planning and detail. These savings can cover the cost of our design fees and portions of project management.
